Well started out promising but I don’t think they know how to handle concerns and issues. I asked to switch providers for my next visit to Joy because with the other provider I have felt dismissed about the reactions I am getting every time (we are talking severe bruising and pain for weeks after insertion) well I called today (this morning) because I am 5 weeks out from insertion and have swelling, some pain and you can feel the pellet at the site (hard as a rock). I was told a provider would call me today to discuss what I should do. Yep no one called me. I was very firm this morning about how bad it felt and that it wasn’t normal. So I guess I try again in the morning but most likely will not continue at this practice.

Very nice clean office and exceptionally nice staff. They properly diagnosed and give treatment for my needs exceptionally well!
