cant win with this place its a money grab, they always over booked on saturdays with a two hour wait. im finding a new place , i suggest you stay away from here.

I’ve been a loyal client of Low T Center for four years, and their team continues to exceed my expectations. I travel here from Dayton. Justin, who oversees everything, along with the entire staff are truly phenomenal. Despite navigating a management and corporate merger—a challenging transition for any business—they’ve come out stronger than ever. What was already a friendly and efficient experience is now even better. Most importantly, thanks to their expertise and advice, my health and vigor has improved dramatically. I can’t thank them enough!

I must say that I am absolutely livid! Yesterday was my 6th visit and 6th shot with this Center. I will tell you that I've been very happy with the results and was really looking forward to getting past the sixth shot, getting my blood work up to date and moving forward. However, there is one nurse there that has been giving me my shots and doing my blood work for the most part probably 80% of the time. She is absolutely awful! Every time I've gotten injection from her it's hurt for the entire week at the injection point. The other shots I've gotten from two of the other nurses are literally no pain and no I'm going pain at all. Then, drawing blood for my test she dug up my arm so bad that I'm bruised once again big time. This happened the last time she took blood as well major bruising all in the middle of my arm cuz she digs around trying to find a vein. I have never had any issues giving blood before. And while you would expect a little bruise or something nothing like I experienced with her. I voice my concerns yesterday when I went in. I ended up stopping the procedure because it was just too uncomfortable and I didn't want this woman touching me anymore. I'd pretty much resigned that I wasn't going to go back there anymore. But, with the success the treatments have given me I thought I would at least call them and try to work it out. I called and was reinsured by the doctor, Justin that this would not happen again and they would have sign a new nurse to me to take care of all those items. I was happy and satisfied with that and was ready to get right back in. My biggest concern is I never wanted to have that nurse anywhere near me again. So, I went in today to do the little blood work that I needed to have done and get my sixth injection. I checked in as normal I would have assumed that they would have put it on my file that I was not to see this lady anymore. Sure enough, and she walks again, the Butcher of Mason. It's like I hadn't said anything at all. I just got up and left. Obviously they are not paying attention to their customers and patience needs and request, at all. They literally thumped their nose at mine. You would have thought that that would have been on my file. Super disappointed! Like unbelievably disappointed! Now I have to find another Center and start over. When an absolute shame in what a utter disappointment. I called and spoke to Justin who was my doctor for this yesterday. He assured me that this wouldn't happen again and they would have another nurse take care of me. They didn't! Ignored me basically. Super angry!! Beware of the Butcher of Mason! Follow up. To add insult to injury, the regional director for their centers reached out to me. Literally turned around on me....said it was "unfair" then I wrote a review after my experience and not giving them a chance to fix it. No apology. Nothing. Made it my fault. He said he wanted to make it right. They had a chance to make it right today. I was ready to let it go move forward and continue on with my treatment. They miss their opportunity. Horrifically! I did give him a chance to fix it! I called yesterday. They said they would rectify the situation and it wouldn't happen again. Needless to say, that didn't happen. I have every right to be angry. Unfortunately, I really need this treatment. Now I'm going to have to try a new center. My insurance will no longer cover it because my levels are too high for the insurance companies now due to my treatments and I've already had. Basically this company is screwed me over and multiple way. Unfortunately, I'm screwed. These people suck!!

The staff do an excellent job. There’s a lot to be said about people remembering your name. It’s a personal touch that is…well…touching. They provide a level of grace and caring when dealing with sensitive matters that puts me at ease. While everyone gets high marks, I do have to give special recognition to Justin and Karolyn. Any doctor’s office would be lucky to have them!

I have been coming here for over a year and it has been great! The staff is incredible, extremely friendly and ready to get you taken care of and they are very informative. Should have come here a lot sooner. You won’t be disappointed!
