Two times now my husbands prescription for his at home testosterone injections has been “forgotten” to be sent in. Each time he has to wait weeks for it to arrive and then another several weeks for him to start feeling better once he finally receives it. If I could give zero stars I would. It is awful watching your spouse so miserable because they’re out of their NEEDED medication. This has been absolutely ridiculous and the providers here need to do better.

I went into this clinic to get my testosterone checked and basic blood work done. The doctor there told me this would cost between $100-$200 depending on what my insurance picked up. I got a bill in the mail for $533.21 which included a $375 new patient fee even though I was there 2 years prior. I would never have agreed to this amount for simple blood work and would have gone to a primary physician. Make sure that you understand what the cost is before working with this place and get that in writing otherwise they might end up charging you whatever they want!

I went to this clinic to get help with my low testosterone. I met with the doctor all she said was I was a male with a prostate didn't seem to care at all but took my 50 for the test. I do not recommend this clinic at all.

I would classify this as a "luxury" clinic for gentlemen that want top Noch professional service from a staff and doctor that are nearly perfect in every way. If you are looking for the "pay the fee, wink and nod clinic" this is not the place for you. For safe help effective help from folks that care this is an excellent choice.
