My journey with Vitality has been Life-changing! My first experience with Vitality was when I saw they offered to B12 shots. Besides the fact that the B12 shot did help with energy, Shawna was the first person I met and her politeness and personality did help with my wanting to go back to Vitality to learn about other things they offered that could enhance my life. Then I met Amanda the receptionist, she is one in 1 million! She is so very friendly and caring. She is also Very informative, which you normally do not get from a receptionist. And of course, last but not least, Amanda McDole has Changed my life. I went from barely scraping by to get my work done from the brain fog and being fatigued, to being the most active and productive that I have been in years. I highly recommend going there even if you are 60 years old

Vitality has changed my life. The care team is amazing. I met Amanda over a year ago. I was over weight, had no energy, moody and a whole lot more. She did an extensive lab work up. I was lacking too many things to list. It's been over a year now and I feel amazing. All symptoms are 100% better.

If you’re looking to improve your mood and over all well being, you need to go to Vitality! I was tired of being tired and just not feeling well everyday. I really wanted to avoid any long term pharmaceuticals. I didn’t think it was possible to feel better without them and I had no idea there were other options out there! I spoke with Amanda K. and an appointment for lab work and a consult with Amanda M. were scheduled. Both women are fantastic and make you feel comfortable! The blood draw was quick and painless and Shawna is wonderful too! Everything was explained in an easy to understand way, and any questions were answered easily. I've been going to Vitality for about 6 months for hormone replacement therapy. The staff is always very friendly and knows me by name. It's always a good experience. Amanda McDole does an excellent job with my pellet insertion, despite minimal body fat. She also does a comprehensive job reviewing my labs and discussing optimal treatment options for my lifestyle and personal goals. I am so glad I found this health and wellness center!
