I have recommended this business for years but my latest medication arrived with an expiration date of 11/22/25. After calling with concerns I am told "not to worry about it" as the medication "should be good for one year past the posted expiration date." This is not consistent with past statements so I am concerned given this is the first time my medication has arrived with expiration dates of anything less than 6 months. Five weeks seems a bit much and I am concerned. FYI

So, where do I even start? Stay clear of this place is the first thing I will say. My boyfriend went here for ED. Plan was to go to his urologist and get medication. He heard this place on the radio and was just amazed by their ad on the radio and the “free consult” also the “affordable treatment” so he went this direction. What a bad decision this was! His appointment was at 2:30 he didn’t get home till after 4;00 okay they did do a lot and also gave him a treatment. So long appointment I guess makes sense. However when he was at his appointment they discussed everything with him and gave him prices for the treatment and so forth my boyfriend mistakenly heard the guy say the price was $82 the guy took his card to run it so start this “affordable” treatment. When the guy came back and said it didn’t go through and my boyfriend asked wait how much did you try to take the guy then says $8,200!!!! This is affordable treatment for who? With that price certainly not affordable for us so he told them he wouldn’t be taking the treatment and left. About 5:30 he realizes they kept his debit card! So he calls the place and their ever so pleasant receptionist tell him the guy that would have it isn’t available now he would call him back later no we need the card so my boyfriend tells them well I’ll come get it tomorrow she informs him they close at 6 for the weekend. He says then I’m heading there I can’t go all weekend without my card this woman tells him he better hurry they close and lock the doors at 6pm. Okay he failed to return his card so be a little more friendly and understanding and offer to stay open till we get there? Nope she was rude! We luckly got there with 5 mins to spare. So here it is 9:00pm and this treatment they did has not warn off yet so he’ does the steps the paper tells him to do incase of emergency and it not going down. We are over 6 hours of him being up. So he calls the emergency line and this lady that answers probably the receptionist seems like she’s on another phone and is being interrupted by the “emergency phone call” she had to take. She tells him to do what the paper says mind you he has already taken the steps so he goes along with. And of course it didn’t work so he calls them back and gets someone else. They tell him to head to the office and someone would meet him there so here we are again for the THIRD time now driving to the office 25 mins away. So by this time it’s 9:30pm gets there and can’t even open the door!!! So he gets a call and my b/f tells him at this point it’s been over 6 hours they tell him head to the ER it will take an hour before someone can get out there go unlock the door! And he didn’t want him to wait much longer let because apparently at 3hrs it’s a problem. Someone was supposed to call him after a few hours and check up on him never received a phone call from anyone This has got to be the most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with! So here it is 11:30pm and still at the ER doctor already taken out blood twice and given 2 doses of medicine! 12:30am finally released with him having to see urologist in 3 days. They should be paying gas for the back and forth so many times, the hospital and urology bill since he now has to go there to see if there is more damage. There are many other legit places out there do your research.
