I’ve been going to the Low T Center, Now SynergenX, since 2017 and they have been the absolute best, dramatically improving my quality of life. Everyone should get their testosterone levels checked, the difference is night and day! The staff are absolutely incredible especially their Nurse Practitioner Jennifer, she has always been super helpful with any questions or help I’ve had. I highly recommend going to The Low T Center or HerKare for all your TRT/Peptide needs!

The staff here is awesome. Amy the receptionist recognizes me and knows my name despite having probably over a thousand patients she appears to know everyone’s name that walks in the door. Staff and the NP’s are consistently helpful and skilled. I look forward to seeing Amy again next week! ☺️❤️👏

This review doesn't leave me enough characters to express how happy I am with the Low T Center in Carmel, but first and foremost the employees there. Upon entering the facility you are greeted by Amy who is an absolute treasure. Sweet, kind, knowledgeable and always up for a good conversation. A terrific young lady and proud new grandmother. But it doesn't end there, so let's move on back to the nurse practitioners. Ellen and Jen, both of which are very easy on the eyes, will take it from there. I could talk to these young ladies for days and usually do. Great conversations in a friendly atmosphere. But they also care. They both run a tight ship on your medical history and how you're feeling and responding to the treatment as well as charting a path forward to give you the best results for your health and wellbeing. Backup comes from team players McKenzie and Nicole. Both of these young ladies are a huge asset to the success of this team and I've had the pleasure of knowing McKenzie since I started this journey back in 2014. I couldn't be happier than I am with the Low T Center in Carmel. I'm a lifer and I'll be coming here until I take my very last shot! Todd MF Johnson

So excited to come into and see that Amy McDole was named employee of the month for December 2025. What I will add to this accomplishment is that Amy is the first person and sets the tone and energy when you walk in to the practice. Always smiling, always greeting you by you’re first name. She is always helpful checking in and checking out. So happy her to be recognized and am a big fan of Amy’s and hope she has a great shot to win employee of the year! Go Amy Go!

I am a customer of low T Center in Carmel, Indiana. I noticed that Amie at the front desk have received employee of the quarter and asked for an additional review. I’ve been going to low tea for about three years and Amy has been an employee all during that time and has been extremely courteous as well as friendly always has a smile on her face and willing to help if I ask any questions she’s very knowledgeable on what she does and keeps things running smoothly when she’s at the front desk. I believe she is a very good employee in an asset of low T Center.
