I started my journey with Elevate MD in the fall, and couldn't be more thankful. I have been on over a year of feeling terrible with doctors of various specialties stating my labs/tests were normal and they were simply "stumped." I came across Kaylyn's content on a long drive home from vacation, and messaged her a brief synopsis of how I have been feeling. She gave my information for a Discovery Call where I talked with Sydney. There was absolutely no pressure, yet after I talked with her, I knew I was in the right place to start my journey of healing. I had my initial labs done, ones that had never been taken before, and I had a virtual visit with Karly. She explained everything in such detail that even though I was in "normal" range for some tests that I was still in a lower area on some and explained/asked of some possible symptoms (which I said YES!). Welcome, perimenopause! My hormonal panel was low in a couple areas and an elevated thyroid panel in an area, too. Karly explained HRT and other supplements that I should be taking to raise my levels. I cried after my appointment with Karly feeling heard and understood- that there were definite answers for me! Elevate MD held the answers when none of my other medical providers would listen or spend time with me to really understand how I was feeling to get to the root of the health concerns. I've been on a consistent routine for almost 2 months, and know it will be an ongoing journey. It's so nice to be able to come home from work and not want to go right to bed to sleep. I'm gaining energy again, and will have my labs repeated soon to compare again. It's not an instant "cure" and be patient. Sure, this is an investment, yet a positive one where everyone on staff is kind, courteous, and genuinely cares about you and your individual health concerns. Elevate MD provides excellent care. I previously was seeking care from a telemedicine HRT company that didn’t work out. I appreciate being able to go in to a physical office and have in person conversations about my experience. Karly is excellent. She listens to you and the care is tailored to you and your needs. Someone who looked at my labs and said, “let’s optimize your levels”, instead of telling me everything is in normal limits. My primary care ignored my non existent vitaminB levels. I was told to get used to the hell that’s is perimenopause by that same physician. Everyone from the intake staff, to the practitioner I see via Telehealth at ElevateMD has been so welcoming, helpful, and easy to work with. I feel better than I have in a long time. No more perimenopausal symptoms. I feel focused, level, and I sleep wonderfully. I’m finally on the right track.
