I had a deeply troubling experience with this clinic and would strongly caution others before trusting them with their healthcare. On two separate occasions, I paid for hormone replacement therapy and was given testosterone only, without being clearly informed that estrogen was being withheld. The first time, they later claimed estrogen was withheld because I had not yet had a mammogram. This was never disclosed to me at the time of treatment. Had I been told, I would have waited until after completing the mammogram rather than proceeding under false assumptions. Before the second visit, I did obtain the mammogram and provided the results to them. Despite this, I was again given testosterone only, with no clear explanation at the time and no informed consent regarding the omission of estrogen. After realizing what had happened, I contacted the clinic requesting a refund. I was told I was not eligible for a refund because I had “received treatment.” That statement is inaccurate. I did not receive the treatment I paid for, but rather the wrong treatment, twice. The clinic refused to address the issue meaningfully. Hormone therapy is not cosmetic or trivial care. It directly affects long-term health, healing, metabolism, and well-being. Failing to clearly communicate treatment decisions, administering incomplete therapy, and then refusing accountability is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would be very hesitant to entrust my healthcare to a clinic that shows this level of poor communication, lack of transparency, and disregard for patient concerns.

I’ve had a facial with Kylie and will be returning soon for a peel, and I can’t recommend her enough! She truly listens to my concerns and takes the time to give thoughtful recommendations for what’s best for my skin. Kylie is patient, detail-oriented, and a true perfectionist—in the best way possible! My skin always looks and feels amazing after seeing her, and I love knowing I’m getting the best care possible.

I have had two dermaplane facials with Kylie and they were both amazing!! She is very thorough and makes sure that you are comfortable during the entire experience. My face has never felt better, overall an amazing experience!
