Almost had blood drawn today by an incompetent phlebotomist. First off, I requested she draw the blood from my left arm because I donate blood and they usually take from my right arm and I was just try to give that arm (veins) a rest. She refused because of time constraints. The main issue and why I feel some retraining needs to be conducted is she wiped my right arm with the alcohol pad and then immediately retouched the area with her gloved finger. Proper protocol is they should not retouch the area with their gloved hand after cleaning it with alcohol. Touching the site again recontaminates it, defeating the purpose of the antiseptic prep. When I said she needs to swab the area because she contaminated it, her response was I have gloves on. The gloves are for your protection. Using the isopropyl alcohol is for my protection. She stormed out of the room claiming I cussed at her, which never happened. Another tech came in and withdrew the blood from my left arm using proper technique.

Idk what to say because at first I was excited and for the first couple months seemed cool but as of late due to miscommunication I now am going a couple weeks without my doses all because I was misinformed about donating blood. Im disappointed by how unprofessional this place is, even when I text about questions that have i keep getting ignored with no reply. I said I didn't feel good after donating blood a second time and they said they'll have the Healthcare person reach out to me and I never heard back.

Highly recommend this location. I've been to a few and this is by far the best. Sarah, B, and DJ are always great! Very efficient, timely, and a clean place. Always look forward to going in as they're always so welcoming. And great results of course!

Legend has it that Low-T Greenwood Village has the best top tier staff in the state of CO. I myself voyaged to this location and imma tell ya like this, it’s absolutely true! Huge s/o to Bee and DJ who run the ship while captain Sarah orchestrates the moves! They listen, tend to, and advise very precisely and professionally any and all problems you may be facing! They’ve helped change my life for the better!

Started shots several months ago. After a while went to self injections. They use another company for the self injection shots. I was resently scheduled to come in for bloodwork. I called and told them I was out of town for that period and they said no problem and we rescheduled for a couple weeks later. A week later I didn't receive the normal package in the mail. I called the office in Greenwood Village and they had no clue what to do. (It's impossible to speak with anyone from the other company who handle the self injections) The center in Greenwood Village was unprofessional, uncooperative, and shockingly dense. I asked the young girl on the phone to remedy the situation. She said she normally doesn't handle the phones and was just filling in. She eventually got upset and literally hung up on me! I recorded the conversation. I'm filing a complaint with every entity I can think of. This place is run so shabbily they have to be in violation of regulations. So after 5 months of treatment I am left to stop cold turkey. Shocking.
