I started my experience with IHH at the beginning of 2024. Cheryl and her team came HIGHLY recommended by other women in the community. I had an IUD in for 8 years and got it taken out last year and felt really off (for months)- that’s when I knew I needed specialized hormone management help. After meeting with Cheryl, her team designed a customized treatment plan for me and reviewed my labs with a fine tooth comb. After about a month of starting new medication, I finally started to feel better! Cheryl and her team actually LISTEN to you and they are HONEST & COMPASSIONATE. I was so impressed by the level of knowledge her team holds- I never heard my PCP go into such detail about my hormones/endocrine system before! It was so refreshing to sit down with her team and actually know I was getting the help I truly needed. Thank you so much to Cheryl & her amazing team!!

I initially really enjoyed the services provided by Idaho Health and Hormones, in fact I referred many clients, friends and family members. Cheryl was very thorough and my first few appointments I felt very well taken care of. Then I was passed off to another provider without being introduced or informed about any changes in care. That pellet appointment was a disaster. The provider was 45 minutes late, the pellet hurt so much more than the previous 3 times Cheryl did it. The would was wrapped incorrectly, and the incision covered in tape. It ended up getting infected and hurting the entire 3 1/2 months it was in my rear. I was also charged significantly more for that pellet, without being told of any price changes. No one followed up with me after my phone call. I’m disappointed to say the least.
