Game Day is an awesome place, but I especially want to shout out Melissa. She is an absolutely amazing human — so welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. You can tell she truly cares about your health and how you’re feeling, not just going through the motions. She takes the time to understand what’s going on, wants to help you feel better, and makes sure you’re optimizing everything. Her energy and compassion make a huge difference every visit. Highly recommend!

I am writing to share feedback regarding a recent consultation involving my husband. He contacted your office to inquire about restorative therapy and included me on the call so I could listen in. I would like to begin by acknowledging the young woman at the front who initially assisted us, the MA, as well as Joey. All three were exceptional, professional, informative, and very pleasant to speak with. Their communication and demeanor reflected positively on your organization. Unfortunately, our experience changed once we spoke with the physician. While she initially presented as kind, her tone and mannerisms quickly became dismissive and carried a condescending, sarcastic undertone. As a healthcare professional myself, I found her approach concerning. At no point should a patient feel undermined or spoken down to, and that was the impression left by this interaction. Due to this experience, we were very displeased and ultimately chose to move forward with a different GameDay. I felt it was important to share this feedback, as patient communication and respect are critical to quality care.

Had a great introduction meeting with Savannah who is incredibly knowledgeable and fantastic, if you are even somewhat thinking about the clinic for any reason I would recommend scheduling a visit you never know what you may find, I am glad I made the call.

You can tell he genuinely cares about providing top-rated service and ensuring every patient has a seamless experience. And let me just say, Teresa is a magician when it comes to drawing blood! She makes the process completely painless and puts you at ease from the moment you sit down. The entire team at Gameday Health South Charlotte is professional, friendly, and committed to helping you feel your best. I can't recommend them enough!

I wanted to circle back and update my review to show some more appreciation. I went to Gameday Men's in hopes to get some b12 injections. For something as simple as a vitamin, I have had a very difficult time getting this through my doctor. I have never been to a place like this and was worried I would be sold things I did not need- I couldn't have been more wrong. I felt extremely comfortable throughout the consultation and appointment. They listened, cared and gave advice like you were a friend or family. This is a great place with great staff and you can tell they have your best interest in mind. I appreciate you Joey and Melissa!! Look forward to seeing you next week.
