Gameday Men's Health Skokie TRT Clinic

This review reflects my personal experience and perspective as a patient. I enrolled with GameDay Skokie for hormone therapy and, over time, felt uncertain about the structure of the program and the level of communication involved. At enrollment, I do not recall receiving clear verbal explanations about how the program was billed, and I was not provided copies of any enrollment or billing documents afterward. During my care, I paid for lab work but did not receive proactive or detailed discussions of my results. I had to request information multiple times, and when results were shared, they were limited in scope. This differed from my expectations and from the experience I am now having at another clinic, where lab results are reviewed more thoroughly and explained in detail. After a lab review, I was presented with several possible therapy options and was given time to consider which approach I wanted to pursue. Before I communicated a decision, medication was ordered and I was billed. This was not the option I had intended to move forward with, and it caused confusion and concern for me as a patient. When I requested clarification and a refund for the medication, the issue was not resolved, and I did not receive a refund. Based on these experiences, I decided to discontinue care and transition to a different provider, where I feel more comfortable with the level of communication and involvement in treatment decisions. This review is shared so others can understand my experience and make their own informed decisions.

Every member of the staff has been a pleasure to deal. Whenever l have a question, I can call them and have the question answered immediately and thoroughly. They keep in touch with me between appointments. They remind me of upcoming appointments. Mel is super awesome. She’s professional and friendly. The perfect face of the office.

Dr. Jalpi was really kind and patient with me. When I left her office I was way better informed on what I was getting into from the pros and cons really honest people. I highly recommended Gameday Men’s Health Skokie Clinic.

Men’s Game Day Health has been amazing for my husband. He’s been getting his testosterone shots here and the difference has been incredible. The team is knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about their patients’ well-being. Everything is quick, efficient, and they always make him feel comfortable and taken care of. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place that delivers real results with great service!

Very good experience. A nice surprise was that they contacted me to see how I was doing. They were friendly and helpful, and I was able to get the medication that I needed.
