I have done business in the past and had mix results with the service provided. But decided to take a chance on this company a second time in hopes that it had gotten better and paid cash upfront for a one year term. I then had decided to take a different route and didn’t even start or receive the medication before I requested a refund. Caleb said it would be no problem. He did mention this process could take a few weeks and stayed in touch pretty often in the first week or two then stopped reaching out. Last thing I heard from him was him mentioning that his upper management wanted to do a 0% refund which I am not entirely sure exactly how that is a refund when I haven’t even started treatment before requesting a refund within a week of payment for the service. Nonetheless he did mention this could take a few weeks which I was fine with but I am now at the 6 week mark and have not heard anything from anyone other than the front desk receptionist when I call to ask for an update or to speak with someone about the situation on the refund. I usually get “Caleb will reach out to you when he’s available.” Which is no problem but he hasn’t reached out is the issue. Last update I received from the front desk receptionist was another person was supposed to reach out soon (next business day) on the next steps and that was a week ago and still have not heard anything. While this place does offer treatment for what you’re possibly looking for. They are a bit more expensive price wise and offer less kinds of medication in my experience and would definitely seek around Huntsville before committing with this clinic. With that said, the only reason I am giving a two star review instead of one is because the nurses, doctors, and front desk receptionists at the facility have been nice and very resourceful. Make sure that you are 100% on wanting to do business with them and confirm that the medication they offer is what you want to do because if it isn’t. You will be in the same situation as me waiting on a refund if I even get one at this stage.

I recently visited this mens clinic and i was extremely impressed. From the time i walked until the time i left i was met with nothing less than stellar professionalism only to be exceeded by the gold standard in hospitality. Brittany and the rest of the amazing support staff were awesome as the guided me through the admin portion of my visit and Dr. Williams has set the bar astronomically high for the rest of the medical professionals in and around Huntsville. I encourage all male that have questions about improving their quality of life the book an appointment now, you wont regret it

My experience was way better than I expected. Dr Williams is fantastic and explained everything thoroughly and in understandable terms. Brittany is incredibly polite and exceeded my expectations with her knowledge and understanding of my needs. 5 out of 5 stars and definitely highly recommend!!

Nervous feelings walking in gave way to awe and excitement while being seen, assured, and convinced that THIS is where I need to be and their treatment for my particular issue IS WHAT I NEED! I had a great visit with the clinic and the staff was amazing. The staff demonstrated concern for you as a person and not a number. Their professionalism indicates a team that is highly trained and skilled. I recommend that if you are looking to get yourself revived! Choose them for your healthcare needs.
