My FSA account was overcharged by $750 and I inquired about it at the end of August and was told it would be credited back. I have called multiple times since then and Chad and Gerald have been wonderful but it has not been taken care of by Keith(manager?). I have left multiple messages and he has not called me back! Very bad business practices and quite frustrating as I need to use some of this money before the end of the year! Don't tell me it has been taken care of when it hasn't!!

HORRIBLE customer service, staff is constantly turning over, no one knows what is going on and are very dismissive. Multiple billing errors that had to be disputed. Very unprofessional. They also have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Scheduling mishaps, poor communication, consistently messed up medication refills- ended up not getting meds that were to be taken everyday a week late! Poor hours for anyone who isn’t a 7-3,8-4,9-5 type jobs. High turnover of staff hence the terrible communication!!

They are SO slow here! No one is ever in a hurry. I swear they think people have nothing better to do than to wait in their lobby.

Charged me at the end of the month for my normal charge then again a week later, they said they'd talk to billing and get back, never did. Also didn't give me my meds the first month and they wouldn't do a refund. Avoid this place.
