I didnt know what to expect for appointment. I was very pleased with how friendly and professional the staff was. The moment I even started my first consultation I knew I loved this place. I would highly recommend Mantality. I would give it 10 stars if could!

I was feeling sluggish approaching 50, & getting no results even with consistent working out. It felt like I was going downhill at the mercy of my biology. Then my buddy at Crossfit Chesterfield told me about Mantality. The staff is fantastic, & now 5-6 years later I feel back to normal. Not overly pumped up but level & centered. I’m more focused in my daily life & wear the same jean size as high school. People work with doctors to get the chemistry right for their diabetes or their mental health. So I think all men should consider TRT to help balance their physical health as well. Keeping your body right keeps your mind right and keeps your spirit right. Everything in life is easier when those are all in tune. Mantality does that for me.

The Mantality staff members are always cheerful and willing to answer my questions. They have been VERY supportive of me and my body composition goals— loss of fat and addition of muscle. The staff were never pushy, and patiently answered my questions about TRT and other available therapies. Without question, choosing mentality and their hormone replacement and other therapies was the best decision that I have made for my overall health in my entire life.
