Nervana Medical

Although I have been receiving services at Nervana since April 2024, I am only now getting around to writing a review in January 2026. I cannot say enough good about Nervana and the clinicians that work there. Niki (NP) and Nate (PA-C) helped me with weight loss. Nate is my go to for all things perimenopause and Hormone Replacement Therapy (a lifesaver!). Cassie (owner and NP) and Nik and Jude (both ketamine integration coaches) guided me through Ketamine treatments for anxiety. Rylie (Licensed Master Esthetician)is helping me to take the best care of the skin I’m in, which also helps reduce my chance for melanoma, which runs in my family. It’s so easy to get so many services in one location, I cannot recommend Nervana highly enough.

I went in with a lot of anxiety, but my experience at Nervana was genuinely comfortable from start to finish. Ali immediately put me at ease with her professionalism and calm, confident presence. She listened closely, asked thoughtful and appropriate questions, and made me feel truly cared for. It was clear she absolutely knew what she was doing, and that alone made the whole visit feel safe and reassuring. The front office staff was just as impressive. They were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive — calling me back promptly, checking in, and making sure I had everything I needed. They set the tone for what good healthcare should feel like. Overall, Nervana delivered real, quality care from people who actually show up for their patients. I’m grateful for the experience and highly recommend them.

Kyla was so welcoming and got me checked in right away. Lisa was absolutely incredible! She took her time explaining everything and answered all my questions. I really appreciated that she had me come back a few weeks later just to make sure everything turned out the way I wanted. She even made helpful notes for future appointments. She gave me options about things we’d talked about in our last appointmeny, but never once tried to pressure me into anything. They’ve definitely earned a loyal customer in me. 100% recommend!

The girls are so sweet. They are really fun. I joked about getting a procedure done, they had information about it, and gave me pricing options. They explained it really well. Now I'm really considering doing it. I love the atmosphere, it's relaxing. I enjoy my visits and look forward to going back.
