Cameron, Ellie, Carli, Sam, and Dr. Fakih all provide truly stellar customer service and genuinely care about your success. The medical evaluations are thorough, the diet planning is practical and personalized, and the roadmapping toward my health goals has been clear, motivating, and effective. My wife is also a patient here and has lost over 130 lbs since starting the program, which speaks volumes about how impactful and sustainable their approach is. You can tell this team is invested in long-term results, not quick fixes. The staff at Carolina Health & Wellness have been wonderful. Unlike other such places I have gone, these staff are knowledgeable, funny, and not the least bit condescending which is such a relief! They have a clear and structured program but have been flexible with my individual needs…which is also a huge relief. I have currently been with them for about a month and I am making great progress that I would never be able to do on my own. I have found them to be clear, ethical, and helpful!

Dr. Fakih is very knowledgeable and thorough when going over your blood work and lab results. My only regret - I did not come to CH&W sooner!!
