I felt heard for the first time in 5 years since being diagnosed with Long COVID! I left my first appointment today with an actual gameplan. Annette is a great listener and extremely knowledgeable. For the first time, I feel like have an advocate and a partner in my health journey. If you currently don't feel this way about your healthcare professional, then you need to come here!

I love Dr Johnston, but her office manager Sarah isn’t helping her practice. I was diagnosed with Type B influenza by a Instacare facility 12 hours before a scheduled appointment with Annette at Health & Vitality. I tried calling that night, texting asap and called well before my appointment time to let them know I couldn’t make it. When I explained all this to their receptionist, she told me that Sarah said They would waive the fee this one time of $75 but not for any other reason going forward. I assured them they would never have a reason to worry about me again as I will never be returning. Dr. Johnsron has always been great to me, but the staff just isn’t worth the hassle.

It has been so wonderful to work with Camille Pack. Camille is very empathic and understanding and she takes the time to listen to my concerns. I love that Camille is very thorough and takes the time to find the root of the issue and has worked with me step by step. Thanks to her assistance and suggestions. My health has improved immensely! It has been such a pleasure not only working with Camille Pack. But the staff at Health and Vitality are such a pleasure to work with. They always greet me with a happy smile and they go above and beyond to assist me.

I got an infusion drip with Jessica who is truly an amazing and very knowable nurse that tuned in right away to my specific needs to help me get the most out of my iv infusion. Thank you for being a great company that provides help, for anyone in need to help feel better daily with your Iv drips you provide. I will definetly seek your services again, and let others know what a great company this is, and the nurse that came to me that day, to help me feel better and truly cared for. The building was easy to locate and access, the office was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly! Camille was so kind, and took time to listen to all of my questions and concerns. She provided clear solutions and a great plan for me.
