I heard about the Boston Medical Group through a radio ad. I went to their offices in Alexandria VA. They were very professional in the way in which they approached my concern. While I was impressed with the staff in general, I was particularly impressed with Mr. Brendan Torres. He was very knowledgeable about the Boston Medical Group procedures, had a positive attitude, listened to me carefully, gave me encouraging feedback, and provided an opportunity for me to contact him after hours if I had and problem. I took him up on the latter, and he was available and responsive! Wow! Brendan, please keep up the outstanding work!
