UCA Men's Health Center

I am a current patient trying to set up an appointment. I keep calling and so has my wife but never get an answer. I try to use the app to message someone but it shows no provider and the app crashes if I try to add one.

Working with Eric and Dr. Poole has been and is very helpful. No salespitch. Just good advice as it should be in a medical environment. I was given options and information to allow me to choose the best path for me. Everyone, including staff: Ladies up front, RN Pan, and Savanah at scheduling were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The check-in procedure was tedious , but I like that it asked for feedback at the end. I recommend this center for any man due to the relaxed and professional atmosphere. I felt so comfortable and listened to. There is also a woman's center right across the hall.

Eric is very professional in his manner and appearance. I've never been left waiting for any problem snout of time. He is very knowledgeable and actually calls with the lab results. I've never had a better experience at a medical facility than with Eric and UCA. they will have me as a patient as long as continue to provide such an excellent experience. The other staff members that I come across are always helpful, nice and appear very great at their positions.
