I paid for the full blood panel and consultation only to be told given my age of 31 testosterone therapy was not an option regardless of my levels. I feel like i was misled and in a way robbed. If the clinic would have disclosed from the beginning that my age in their mind disqualifies me from trt i would have used my limited funds elsewhere. Edit: I specifically asked about testosterone before going through with the consolation and was never once told that it would not be offered due to my age. I told them i had limited funds and would be able to afford the lowest cost testosterone treatment if i needed it. However after the consultation i was offered two treatments, both way out of my price range and offered no other solutions. Im honestly not trying to be disingenuous or paint a bad picture with this review. Im just honestly in shock that they would take my money knowing that what i asked about would never be an option.

This place a breath of fresh air after calling many clinics and dealing with the lack of knowledge in mainstream medicine regarding menopause. Peggy was the most helpful receptionist I’ve ever talk to. She took the time to answer all my questions and never seemed too rushed to help. My provider NP Hill was just as amazing, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. She pulled up high quality studies in treatment options to ensure I was well informed of my options. My husband and I are very excited to start our treatments here.

I have been going here for over a year now. They are second to none in customer service. In the past my previous doctor just gave me the same old advice”diet and exercise “ . Not here. Walked through panels and gave advice on how to correct everything that was off. 18 months later I am down 50 pounds, blood sugar normal, cholesterol normal and I feel 100 times better. Excellent team at Man Alive.

My first visit went well. Demarcus and Peggy were welcoming, kind, and discreet at the front desk during check in. Lana and Dave were professional, considerate, and genuinely seemed to care about my wellbeing at the appointment. They spent the time to go over my health concerns and share their knowledge of which treatments may help me. I am looking forward to working with them and seeing the results at the end of the treatment plan.

Everyone here has really good vibes. Demarcus is the friendliest dude ever. I can tell they genuinely care about their patients. I don’t dread my appointments like I do going to most other doctors
