I've been coming here for 2 years and have had amazing results. The employees actually listen to your needs and offer solutions that work for your body. The care is not cookie-cutter. 2024 Update: Additional products and services are now offered creating even more of a one-stop for men's health. Weight control, hair loss, etc..

Exceptional Experience at Low T Center Plano I recently visited the Low T Center in Plano and was thoroughly impressed by both the service and the team. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer experience is a top priority here. The staff is incredibly personable—everyone made me feel welcome and valued as a patient. Scott, the Director, stood out in particular. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me, answered all of my questions with patience, and never made me feel rushed. His approach made a potentially overwhelming process feel comfortable and straightforward. The rest of the team—Gloria, Bailey, Helena, and Tejiri—are truly the best in the business. Each member was friendly, professional, and clearly dedicated to providing the highest level of care. If you have any questions or are considering treatment, I highly recommend the Low T Center Plano. You won’t find a better place!

Sorry to have to give it a 1 Star. I liked going here even though it's farther than other places, but after some of their new check in changes it's seems it may not be not worth it anymore. I had a scheduled appointment as I usually do on Saturdays and checked-in. Three people that checked-in after mewere seen, one almost immediately after they l arrived, which was almost 20 min after me. I have no problem waiting my turn, but if I arrive somewhere before others, I have expectations I will be seen before others that arrive after me. I was also not impressed with the receptionist demeanor when I brought it to her attention.

I made an appointment with this Low T Center in Plano. At the time, I was told the initial visit would be $25 for the consultation and blood test. I arrived before 10am as requested and checked in using those "kiosks on a stick" that bounce around when you type on them. I've seen these in other places and my main comment is why can't you stabilize them? They are obnoxious! With that done, my initial consultation was very pleasant, the doctor was attentive and great to talk to. They drew my blood and said my results would be texted to me later that same day. No problems there. When I went to check out, they charged me $40 instead of the $25. To my knowledge, nothing extra was done so I'm not sure why it would have been more. In fairness, I didn't challenge the price, but just thought "oh well, another $15 - it's still a good deal for the first visit". The results came back low (as I suspected) and they said I needed to come in for 1 more test so they'd have 2 before they could begin therapy. Again, not a problem as they had told me that would be the case. I called the office to ask: 1) how soon could I come back? and 2) did I have to fast like the first time? It was a Wednesday, so the office had closed at 1pm so I left a message with my full name, phone number and birth date asking those 2 questions. I never heard back from them. I thought "if they do this little follow up for new patients, how much worse will it be after I've been here for a while?" I decided to go somewhere else. After reading some of the other more recent reviews, I'm glad I did. Maybe this place is good and maybe it isn't. But the initial overcharge as well as a complete lack of follow through put me off from going back.
