The communication (or lack there of) is maddening! Signed up and wanted to upload some previous test results. There online system wouldn’t allow it. Used the chat feature, but it kept closing out the conversation after one response I had to start over every time when I needed to respond to what they said. They wouldn’t give me an email address to send my results too. Chatted online or on the phone with 6 different people and never could upload results. If they can’t even do that right, why would I trust them with my health? When I asked to cancel and get my money back they went silent…Finally got them to do the right thing, but it took yet another phone call. Run from this scam of a business! They don’t care about anything other than your money.
I would recommend going to see your actual doctor. Male Excel does not accept insurance, they are very expensive and only offer a daily shot or twice a day cream. They do not have any option for weekly shots. Customer service never responds if you try to cancel. I would highly encourage you to stay away.
Way over priced with little effectiveness. Yes, I exercise, eat clean, and get 6-8 hours of sleep. I’m 50 and have been doing this since 6/2025. Seen little improvement in the later part of this with no updated lab work. Was told we’d update in 12/2025. Doing some labs with other company that does 8 bio markers vs 5 here to see why they don’t want to update labs. Up to over $500/ month with meds and membership. Not really feeling any better, not worth the cost in my opinion, probably could have done better than this on my own.
Unfortunately, One of the worst online purchasing experiences I've ever had. Look at my review history, I NEVER write negative reviews. Utterly inconsistent w/ their delivery. A 30 day cycle of medication gets delivered roughly every 35 (sometimes longer)days. Although they seem to bill me on time, and then I have to call and find out where my meds are. The customer support is completely tone-deaf and disinterested in customer satisfaction. NOBODY is monitoring their Ai customer support engine. They invoiced me Sept 25, they billed my Sept 30, its Oct 24... and no meds.
