From the very start calling and scheduling they were kind and helpful. My very first appointment i went to from when I walked in the atmosphere was very welcoming the ladies at the front desk were so kind with all smiles and made me feel welcome. Even thw ladies drawing my blood were so kind and friendly they made me feel safe and at ease. Even dr Nicole was amazing in attitude she answered all the questions I had made me feel normal. It's a scary thing to deal with but in an environment like that I would 10/10 recommend all staff was kind helpful and welcoming i cant wait to go back for my follow up and am so glad I had found them to help me.

Trillion and all of their assistants are so helpful and kind!! I look forward to seeing them and I feel like that is returned with how positive and kind they all are. All of my questions and then some were answered. I left feeling taken care of and I’m so thankful for it!

I really liked this place initially. I discovered them at the Lincoln, NE expo a few years back and wanted to try them out. I even got my sister to start coming to them for peptide and B12 injections. The peptide treatment helped me lose about 20 lbs. I liked them so much that I ordered a second dose of peptide. However, my experience with their Botox was not as good. I spent over $500 and, after several weeks, noticed no results. I had scheduled a filler appointment with a month-long wait to address the areas on my face that couldn't be treated with Botox. I received a text message the day before the appointment reminding me of the filler appointment. When I arrived for the appointment today, they said they had called me the day before to cancel it. To be fair, I didn't check my voicemails because I had received a text from them confirming the appointment for the next day. I assumed their voicemail was also to confirm the appointment. Upon going into the appointment, I was told that it would be another month for a filler appointment due to the esthetician being out for a medical emergency of some sort. That would have meant waiting another month for filler. I can get into Sutton Dermatology much sooner, and they've been around a lot longer. So, I just canceled the appointment altogether. I would have preferred a follow-up appointment for the Botox, and a follow-up text message explicitly stating that the appointment was canceled would have been helpful. I think this company is unorganized and could improve their patient follow-up and communication. Edit: 9/9/25 They reached out to me and and did a second round of Botox with no expense on my part. A gal from Omaha drove down to do it herself. Thank you for making it right and giving me good service.

I wanted to like this place, but I ended up leaving and feeling very disappointed with their prices, their customer service, and their pushing treatments that I didn't want. It became very obvious that it's driven by profit over everything. When I first went there, I was impressed with their attention to me, and with the providers. I agreed to a hormone plan with weekly testosterone shots, although it was $114 a month out of pocket. I am NOT a fan of compounding pharmacies, but thought I would give it a try. After my second testosterone shot, I started waking up in a rage and would feel rage the whole day . I immediately called them and said that I wanted to stop the shots. They tried to convince me to keep getting them, but at a lower dose. I know my body, and I knew that I didn't want any more shots. After I cancelled the shots, they lowered my monthly payment...by $10 a month. Meaning that I was paying an outrageous price--$104 a month--for literally half a pill a day of compounded medication that's not covered by insurance. And don't get me started on just how long that medication takes to arrive. I waited something like three weeks. I finally called Trillion and left a message stating that I wanted to discontinue using their services. Crickets. Nobody bothered to call me back or confirm the cancellation. Then a couple of weeks later, I got an email stating that they were going to bill my credit card another $104! So I called AGAIN and left a message asking for them to cancel. At this point I asked them to call me back to confirm, since they never bothered the first time I called. Instead, I got an generic, automated email confirming that the charges would stop. No phone call, nothing. They just drop you on your head when you decide not to use them anymore. I was never rude or demanding, so why the bizarre lack of communication when I stopped going there?
