Healor Primary Care - Central Las Vegas

I’ve had such a great experience at this primary doctor’s office. The wait time is always quick – I’ve never had to wait more than 8 minutes to be seen, which is rare and so appreciated. The front desk staff are always so nice, welcoming, and energetic, which makes check-in feel smooth and positive. The nurse practitioners are very informative and take the time to explain things clearly, making me feel comfortable and well cared for. Even the overall office atmosphere feels energetic yet calm, nixe and tidy, which really puts you at ease. Every visit has been professional, efficient, and pleasant. Highly recommend!

So I used to receive treatment at The Center Wellness Clinic, but I think they changed management or something because they stopped answering the phones/returning my (and other people's) calls. I then heard about HEALOR and decided to give them a try. My PCP is Malcolm, who's a VERY busy guy but still attentive and gets things done. 👍 I gave him a very long list of things that were bothering me/that I needed, and he and his assistant Michael were on it with prescribing meds and writing referrals. Reception is quick to respond and on top of answering calls, scheduling/rescheduling appointments, and answering questions (both by phone and text). Getting labs done is cheap ($20), quick and efficient too; you can either get them done at HEALOR or at any Quest Diagnostics. Overall, HEALOR is a great (and inclusive) place to receive primary care for anyone, including but not limited to the LGBTQIA+ community. ✨

I have been seeing a lot of primary care doctors. But. Healor is awesome. The guy that checks me in is always smiling and courteous. Makes you feel comfortable and want to be there. When the doctor comes in they are also friendly and caring. They go through everything and let you know how you're doing and what can help. Thank you for all you do. You are great 😊

He’s always kind, attentive, and makes sure I’m comfortable and informed before anything starts. And Physician Assistant Taylor Jones is truly exceptional. Taylor listens, explains everything clearly, and never rushes. You can feel how much she cares about her patients and their wellbeing. This entire team goes above and beyond every single time. I have been a patient at Healor for over two years, and unfortunately, I have experienced ongoing billing issues throughout that time. Appointments that are supposed to be 100% covered by my insurance are repeatedly being charged to me. Each time I come in, I am told there is a balance on my account. I then receive notices stating that if I do not pay, the balance will be sent to collections. This is extremely concerning, especially when the services in question are fully covered under my insurance plan. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this matter. However, from the front desk to the billing department, I am continuously being redirected with no clear answers or resolution. It feels like responsibility is being passed around rather than addressed with urgency. Being overcharged and threatened with collections for services that are covered is unacceptable. The lack of accountability and timely resolution has caused unnecessary stress and frustration. At this point, I would strongly reconsider recommending this office to anyone and would choose another provider before continuing to deal with this ongoing issue.
