Very disappointed with my experience. Communication was poor from the beginning and I would not trust this company with something as important as my health. I signed up through a promotion that advertised 6 months of free peptides with TRT. During intake I was told I could discuss peptide choices with a provider later, but I received a testosterone shipment without ever having that consultation. When I finally spoke with a provider weeks later, they recommended completely different peptides, but I was told it was “not possible” to switch. I was also only sent 3 months of peptides despite having screenshots of the 6-month promotion. Later I was double charged and had to request a credit. I’ve now spent hundreds of dollars and did not receive the products or guidance I expected. Over time I had multiple patient care coordinators and responses were often delayed or inconsistent. My dosage was changed without clear explanation, and a promised follow-up consultation after bloodwork never happened. When cancelling, I was informed I must pay for one more month but will not receive another shipment. Overall, the lack of communication and transparency made this a frustrating experience. I would recommend researching other providers before signing up.

First of all I want to express that the pharmacy the HRT comes from is amazing! Fast shipping and always very well packaged. I started with PrimeBody a few years ago and then due to a change in my life I had to cancel. I signed back up in 2025 when they were running a 99/mo special that was to include 2 free peptides for 6 months. Well based on my HRT needs that 99/mo went to 224/mo getting new meds every 3 months due to them expiring before I could use them all due to being a female and dosage. I had to ask a few times about the free peptides I was to receive. I got them the first time, then when I requested the next month's supply of peptides I was informed that it stated free peptides that last up to 6 months not 6 months free, that is total BS! Fast forward to my most recent labs, got my results was told that the Dr said he was ok increasing one of my doses i agreed but took me over 7 weeks, 4 emails and 2 phone calls to get a response! At 224 a month this customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I canceled and would not recommend them or their sister company prime-sciences. I signed up to be an ambassador for prime sciences. Was given an ambassador code. My first week my commission was over 800 they then contacted me and said it was a mistake I know it wasn't. The original commission rate was 20% of total sales. They kept having excuses as to why they were not paying, then they changed the commission rate without notice to 10% And subtracting the tax,shipping and kits from the commission! Use caution with both companies.

I'll give 3 stars simply off the fact a few years ago I utilized their TRT program and it was nothing but great! Prescriptions refilled ahead of schedule, never ran out, communication with staff was always responded to quickly and any problems were immediately handled. I recently signed back up earlier this year, and it's been pretty bad to be honest. I have paid my monthly payment every month, no problems, but have received 2 shipments over a 4 month period and ran out of the medication over 2 weeks ago, but in that time have also had zero response from the staff as to when I can expect the next shipment. Not sure how they can just not respond to serious questions for weeks on end and expect to keep their customers?

I highly recommend avoiding using this company. There are plenty of companies that do the same thing. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced worse customer service in my life. My most recent order arrived more than a month late, which was the final straw after a year of repeated delays and subpar service. - Customer support has been consistently unresponsive and unprofessional. - Most concerning of all, after spending nearly $4,000 with the company/sister company over the past year, when I reached out directly to the owner on Instagram with polite and reasonable questions, I was met with abusive language and personal insults. This leadership approach clearly sets the tone for the entire organization. I will not continue to support a business that treats long-term, high-value customers with such disrespect.

I am writing this in complete frustration. This company is a scam. I paid the $150 for the initial and to have my blood work analyzed on DEC 3, 2025. I immediately did the blood work on the 4th. I did not hear from anyone for a full month. I was scheduled for a doctors call last Tuesday Jan 6th. I took two hours off of work and waiting and the doctor never called. I was then scheduled for an appointment for today and same thing, I waited for two hours and he never called. This is medical malpractice and this company needs to be looked into. I am reading posts of people waiting months for doctors to review blood work. I don't know if this is even a company anymore, but they are behaving like a front, not a medical company
