For anyone looking for that type of medical care, contact the Kind Clinic in Austin TX and San Antonio. They are free clinics and have informed consent. This place has friendly staff but the intake should have caught any questions leading to the inability to treat all males. The second office visit was refunded, but not the initial one. This is an over sight on many levels and it should be openly stated that they will not treat everyone. The patient in question was told they were not equipped with correct testing methods...even though they were the same as ones done for 20 years prior. That being said. The facility is clean, the medical staff able.

They used to be very pleasant and helpful on the phone now it’s no greeting, sarcasm, zero help, bad info, and click…..terrible. This had happened several times in the last couple of mi this not to mention they had supply issues and somehow that is a customer problem.

I have been coming to low T center for years and it has quite literally changed my life. I was so low in testosterone before I started therapy that I had no drive, couldn’t go to the gym and life was a struggle. The office staff and providers are professional and very friendly and the process is quick, easy and affordable. I would recommend to any man over the age of 30 that is feeling like they just are not right. Get tested and get on the therapy.

I've been a satisfied patient for years, but ever since Low T got acquired by the new company, the satisfaction level is greatly decreased. I am not sure how an acquisition can severely affect a well-managed company like this, but it has. I went from waiting 10 minutes to be seen, to well over 45 minutes. The waiting room is constantly packed and you are basically ignored after check-in. Today was the last straw. I walked in to a standing room crowd of about 13 other gentlemen. I have cancelled my plan and am moving on to another clinic.

I am a new patient here at Low T Center, and I couldn't be happier with the staff and the fast results I have seen. I've been a patient for 2 months now and have lost weight, increased energy, and feel young again. And this is just the beginning of the great results that I am soon to see. The staff is very friendly, inviting, and professional. Overall a great experience. Would recommend to all.
