The Tier 1 staff is so kind and their communication with patients is quick. I never have to wait for emails or forms to arrive. Dr Nichols is extremely knowledgeable and takes time with his patients answering questions. The patient portal is easy to use and Dr Nichols responds the same day on the portal to any issues.

Dr Nichols cleared up any confusion there might have been. He was open and upfront with information and gave no pressure. He wasn't vague but rather very clear and concise and doesn't talk over your head. A great experience and I definitely recommend him and Tier 1 Health and Wellness.

Dr Nichols and Angie are leaders in their field. They have vast knowledge of HRT and are so easy to talk with. My wife Kathy and I have been patients since 2018, and they have changed our lives. Unlike the many testosterone and HRT mills out there, they treat symptoms and not numbers and we couldn't be happier with the results!
