SynergenX Sonterra is absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcome and taken care of. Annabelle, Rebecca, Armando, Raul, Jane, and Carla are all incredible — professional, kind, and genuinely invested in their patients. They take the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. You never feel rushed; instead, you feel like you’re part of a family that truly cares about your health and well-being. I always leave feeling confident in the care I received. If you’re looking for a place with top-notch service and a staff that goes above and beyond, I can’t recommend SynergenX enough!

Now getting charged $40 for every visit as a weigh my evaluation fee…. I’ve been a long time client . But I think this is my last visit. I can literally do the same thing by mail order for 1/5 the cost. Synergenix you’re losing clients and you don’t even know it.

I absolutely love this place! I had to stop years ago when it was Low T due to scheduling/time conflicts and started giving myself T shots through my PCP. However…my PCP’s primary concern wasn’t maximizing my potential and would only get my T levels up to a happy medium. I don’t like nor want to settle when I know I can feel so much better. I went back to Synergenx finding they revamped their scheduling procedures which now worked perfectly for my work/personal schedule. That, and the fact they constantly check labs to make sure I get the best care possible, meant it was a no brainer going back. I feel SO much better now than when I was giving myself shots. And the staff? Becca is always there to greet me with a great attitude and a big smile. Raul and Armando…always asking the right questions trying to make sure I’m feeling great…doing great. And Jane, …Jane’s phenomenal. Just read all the great reviews/comments and see how many times she’s mentioned. Always in a great mood, smiling, great with a needle…the only person I want drawing my blood and giving me my shots. Thank you, Jane! And A HUGE thanks to everyone else here as well…truly. Y’all are the greatest!

I’ve been a patient at SynergenX (Sonterra) for over a year, and my experience has been exceptional. When my insurance wouldn’t acknowledge my low T symptoms, the professionals here took me seriously and provided the care I needed. They also identified several vitamin deficiencies that my primary care doctor never even thought to check for. The staff at this location work incredibly hard in what I know can be a thankless job at times. Despite being busy, they are always friendly, professional, and attentive. Their dedication to patient care is evident, and I genuinely appreciate the positive impact they’ve had on my health and well-being. Highly recommend!
