The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. She explained everything step by step and checked in often to make sure I was okay. The treatment was super quick and very comfortable. I absolutely love this place! I was hesitant at first since I found them through an Instagram ad, but it turned out to be the best decision. I initially started with one service and have since signed up for several more. The staff are amazing and truly make you feel comfortable in your own skin. The NP is attentive, honest, and very diligent in the care she provides. I will update this review later with the names of the staff because they truly deserve recognition. As someone who works in healthcare, I was especially impressed

The staff is extremely nice and patient with All my questions and explained everything in detail. The nurse practitioner is sweet and very easy going. She also was patient, explaining everything step by step. Made me feel very comfortable because I was nervous. She places all needles so I could see everything was in packets unused. Offices clean and they took good health precautions. Highly recommended and great work! I had the PRF under eyes for first time and no pain. I could see results right after it was done and even more after 3 days!

I did the PRF for under eyes and it turned out very nice. They weren’t that bad to begin with but I wanted to try it since they had a promo. I’m glad I did since it made me look refreshed and I think younger. I would’ve loved to get plasma all over my face when doing some type of micro needling (haven’t tried that one) since you can see how much brighter it makes your skin look. It’s basically your own blood and they inject the plasma back into you after using a centrifuge. The staff was great. The nurse who did my eyes was awesome, like I was talking to a good friend. The only downside is it’s so far away from where I live. All in all, it was worth it. One advice, do this when you have at least two to three days away from the public eye since you will swell up and you will look like you had work done, bad allergic reaction, or been crying, lol.

This was my first time going to Infinite Wellness as I took advantage of the tox special being offered. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We talked through my concerns and mapped out my treatment plan. Not once did I feel rushed or stressed. We finished and before leaving we set up my 2-week follow up appointment which I’ve never had done for me before at other facilities. I absolutely appreciate this because I tend to get very busy and completely forget to schedule. This was super convenient and showed me that the staff really cares. 2 weeks later, I attended my follow up and we proceeded with minor touch ups. Overall I’m extremely pleased and impressed with the service, price point, and support staff. I’m definitely returning. Thank you!!
