Rocky Mountain Men's Clinic - North Denver

I have been a patient at Rocky Mountain Men’s Clinic for over 3 months now. I have been very impressed with the quality of their care and service. One person I would single out for special recognition is Maria. She runs the front desk and is the first person you meet when entering the clinic. She is always pleasant and business like. I really have appreciated her flexibility in finding alternate appointment dates and times when work changes my schedule. Maria does a great job and is an excellent employee to have greeting patients and representing RMMC to new and veteran patients.

Been going to this location 1-2 times a week since April of last year and haven't had a bad experience. All the staff is professional, caring and friendly. Maria is the nicest person ever and has always remembered my name when I walk in the door and welcomes me in with a smile. It feels like I know many of the staff on a more personal and friendly level which makes appointments much easier to go to than if I was walking into a stiff clinic that just wants to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Discussing sensitive issues has been easy here and I have never felt judged which is crucial to ensuring you get the correct treatments you need. Nearly a year of visits and I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone who has been on the fence of seeking care.

From the moment you walk in, the reception staff make you feel genuinely welcome — warm, friendly, and professional without being rushed or clinical. They create a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease, which makes a huge difference. The entire experience feels well organised and respectful, and you’re treated like a person, not just an appointment. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent service and a truly welcoming front-of-house team.

I love this place. It has helped me immensely. And their front desk woman Maria is just the best. Always cheerful and smiling. Very professional and quick to get me checked in and placed in a room that gets me in and out in under 10 minutes. Thanks Maria, keep up the great work.

I’ve been visiting this place for about six months now, and the process is just perfect! I have a hectic work schedule, but I can always swing by whenever I need to. There’s never a wait, and I’m in and out in no time. Vicky did my draw today, and she was fantastic—so friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for HRT.
