Absolutely love this IV infusion clinic! The Nurse Practitioner is extremely knowledgeable and always on-site and available, which makes such a difference. I’ve been coming here for over two years, and I’ve never had a hassle getting the infusions I need. I even keep bags banked for months when I need an extra boost — that’s how reliable they are. The injection team is AMAZING. They’re gentle, professional, and usually get it on the first stick, which is huge for anyone who’s nervous about needles. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and welcoming, and they truly offer every injection you could need. I travel often to Miami and Atlanta and have been to the big-name clinics there — and I can honestly say this Birmingham clinic is just as good, if not better. Incredible service and an outstanding team behind it. Highly recommend!

Product promised wasn't what we paid for and very unhappy on how we were treated and given the runaround. Diffidently taken advantage of financially. Got a call from Joey at the front desk, wanting to rectify the problem. He felt bad that my husband and I are unhappy and wants to give us the product we were told we were going to get, even though it may have not been the correct information we were given. We will be given what was told in the consultation. Which will make us feel much better and what we feel is the correct thing to do. We are happy that they want us to feel good with the services promised. Thank you Joey.

This is my first experience at vital force. I love the atmosphere and the NP is very friendly and knowledgeable at what treatments to offer. The staff is also very helpful. I also love the massage chair. This will definitely be my go to place to regularly receive IV therapy
