St. Louis Men's Clinic

Great experience, at the STL Men's Clinic, made me really feel at ease, explained everything, asked questions and told me options available and asked me what I would like to happen, we went with a test, of an injection that worked great, really surprised it worked so well and still talking with them to adjust the dosage needed to fit my needs..Was great meeting everyone and they were really informative and very happy I went there. Thank you STL Men's Clinic..giving me hope and knowledge to improve my life personally.

The doctor and staff made me feel very comfortable. They really listened to me ,and provided me with lots of information and options that was best for me.

I have to admit, when I first decided it was time to get some questions answered and perhaps some treatment, I was a bit skeptical and felt a bit awkward. All of that imagined concern was wiped away within the first 10 minutes of my appointment time. These guys made me feel so at ease and comfortable I wondered why I had waited so long to see them. That was quite a few years ago and I still see them on a regular basis. I am welcomed by each, whether I come in for an appointment of just haphazardly stop by. They know me by my name and I never feel I have to be afraid to be myself and ask any question or discuss any concerns I have with them. They have the answers and the staff to professionally address my issues. Whether it has been procedures I have had done, prescriptions I need, or any other men's health issue, they have been there to help. I can neither say enough about this team nor can I not recommend their services highly enough. A great group of guys to work with and get to know and now, a lady on staff as well. From the owner down, an A+ team, for sure!

Their customer service is awful. They will take your money fast, but any refunds... no way. I paid over $2000 and then bought an extra dispenser as I thought I lost my first. They charged me $20 (after paying $2000 how miserly of them) and then after I found the original one and wanted a refund for the new one, they refused! Over the phone I wanted an adjustment in duration. Fine they said come in 2 days to pick it up. Two days later I show up and told, not ready as the doctor wanted to see me. I said why didn’t you tell me that 2 days ago so I could book an appointment. The response was he wasn’t here the day you called in so tough sh..! No call to me beforehand to inform me of this need. Then they wanted me to wait an an unknown amount of time in the lobby to see the doc. I have a busy schedule, so no way. I had to book another appointment to show up yet again. The doc wouldn’t do this over the phone for some crazy reason. Looking in my eyes to make sure I’m telling the truth?!? These guys are making a fortune out of this voodoo medicine is my take now.
