Aspire Rejuvenation Clinic - Orlando

I do not recommend this clinic at all. I first spoke with the clinic on October 29. My lab results were completed and sent to them on November 10. From that point on, communication was extremely poor and required constant follow-up on my end. I made it clear from the beginning that I was already on hormone therapy and that I was switching providers. I specifically told them I did not want a gap in treatment, and they acknowledged this and assured me there would be no interruption in my medication. After weeks of back-and-forth due to their lack of responsiveness, I finally had my appointment on December 4. I was told that my Ipamorelin-CJC would be ordered that same day. I never received any confirmation, tracking number, or update. By December 16, after reaching out multiple times myself, I was finally told there was a pharmacy delay. This was never communicated to me. Had I not followed up, I would not have known anything. On December 24, I requested to cancel the order due to the ongoing lack of communication. Once again, I had to follow up multiple times before someone finally confirmed on December 30 that my order was canceled and I received a refund of a little over $320 for the medication. As a result of this experience, I am still without medication and now have to start the entire process over again with another provider. I also lost money on the initial appointment and on labs they required, despite the fact that I had recently completed labs through my primary care doctor. Those costs were completely wasted. Additionally, a friend of mine who did receive medication from this clinic was given two vials at once, and the second vial had expired by the time she was ready to use it, which is very concerning and again a waste of money. Hormone therapy requires trust and communication. Unfortunately, this clinic failed in both areas.

I had such an amazing experience at Aspire Rejuvenation Clinic! While I was waiting in the lobby, I made a phone call and spoke with Edgar Robles — and I have to say, he was incredible! Edgar immediately understood what I needed and took care of sending over the paperwork required for my blood work without any hesitation. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care really stood out. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond so effortlessly, but Edgar did exactly that. Thanks to him, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the excellent service and highly recommend Aspire Rejuvenation Clinic to anyone looking for a team that genuinely cares about their patients!

This place is absolutely amazing. I have been going here for years. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. They have really helped me out in so many ways. I actually look forward to my visits and my appointments because of how upbeat and positive everyone is. I highly recommend Aspire Rejuvenation!!!

I can’t say enough great things about this clinic. They go above and beyond with careful care and attention to detail. If I’m not mistaken it’s going on two years under their care. Even if I’m away on military duty they attend to me and call me to check up on me. The ease of getting my blood work on my time thru Labcorp and immediately follow up with me to increase or decrease my dose. I’ve made an incredible turn around health wise under their care. I’m extremely happy with my results and grateful. I highly recommend if you’re looking to get energy and enthusiasm back to your life, assist with weight loss and many more offerings they practice. My experience is with hormone therapy due to an emergency radical hysterectomy I suffered at a relatively young age. If you have the knowledge you’ll understand the havoc the does to your levels. Therefore mood, weight, energy even bones and heart. All I can say is, I’ve never felt better and I owe it all to them. Try them don’t think about it or call and get a consult.
