Been a patient here for 3+ years and they do a very good job treating patients with kindness and care! They’re very gentle when they administer my shots and the front clerk she’s super friendly and considerate! Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new care provider. It’s a 30 min drive from where I live but the service is worth the drive ❤️

The doctor I'd been working with for HRT moved out of state and I was scared to start somewhere new, but Identity Hormone and Healthcare has made the change a dream. Everyone is such a delight and is so caring, I always feel so welcome when there. No question is too small for the staff and they are also so knowledgeable and attentive I am so happy that a place like this exist so I can continue getting the care I need without stress or worry. I will be a patient here for life!
