I was welcomed by medical assistants Bianca Gutierrez and Zoe Sears, both of whom showed genuine hospitality and professionalism. Zoe Sears, in particular, stood out. She guided the entire visit with calm confidence, explained everything clearly, and made the process incredibly smooth. She carried herself with the kind of professionalism that makes you feel taken care of, respected, and in good hands. Her attention to detail and her ability to make the appointment quick and effortless truly set the standard. Staff were incredibly welcoming and super friendly. The guy running the place came and introduced himself and made it feel comfortable for my first time being there. The Doctor was very informative and helpful with questions I had. Would recommend!

The staff was great. Very friendly. Blood draw was painless. All the information was easily understood. Got all the answers I was looking for and can’t wait to be back for my first shot.

The Phlebotomist was great, didn’t feel the needle at all compared to other places I’ve been. The receptionist got me checked in fast and I was seen pretty quick. FNP Sarah was great to deal with, usually I feel uncomfortable going into a doctors office but she made it pretty easy and explained everything in a way that I could understand.
