Buyer BEWARE!! IT'S ONE THING IF YOU GET A COUPLE REVIEWS THAT AREN'T SO GOOD BUT WHEN YOU'VE GOT PAGES OF PEOPLE SAYING THE SAME THING.. PEOPLE BETTER START PAYING ATTENTION. I'll change it from the one star once they actually get back to us. For whatever reason almost a year ago they charged us a prepayment of nearly $3,000 on our credit card for services and product. We've called and left messages for appointments and my husband even went in and signed a release so that way they could talk to me however they can't find the release and they haven't tried to make it right any which way. He had maybe three appointments back in January and they told him that the product they have sometimes doesn't work for people and he must be one of them. After that they never call back. The appointments they did have In the books, they rescheduled. If we don't hear back from them soon we will start a charge back on our credit card for failure to provide service and product. Take note. I won't go away and i've fought much bigger battles.

This place has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. They do not follow up with what they say they're supposed to do. Ive been scheduled an appointment for a time they're not even open. They dont follow up with lab results like they say they will. I always have to call in. Good luck getting a call back or even an answer when you call. They're only interested in making a sale to get commission. Terrible company. Terrible business. Stay away.

Was ok for a year or so… and then raised prices without even so much as a email or text notification. Then when I realized my account had been double charged an amount that was more than my previous total… they told me that that price wasn’t correct either, but that I shouldn’t say anything because if they saw that mistake… then they would see they were now undercharging me and charge me EVEN more per month. They also refused to give me a single statement or document pertaining to my account at all. No financial or medical information has been released and they have complete ignored my emails and requests. Shady business going on. If you need T therapy there are better and cheaper alternatives in the QC area with more comprehensive blood work too!

I’ve been on TRT going on 2 years. It has been life changing for me! Yes, there are some great ppl that work at this location - but it’s not the same without Mike here. He is very skilled, a veteran and made sure to get you in and out - he was respected by everyone, easy to talk to and made sure everything went smoothly. Since Mike has left, it’s taken 30 min a visit to get a simple shot. When Mike was around - I’d be in and out within 10 min. I’m currently looking at other clinics at this time. Sometimes corporate needs to look at the big picture and what/who benefits their paying and loyal customers. After reading multiple reviews; it seems like Mike was everyone’s favorite.

The product itself is fine. The costumer service however, needs work. After several unnecessary 50 mile trips I explained the point of the "drop ship" I was paying extra for. After telling then to cancel my subscription, I was charged anyways. After being promised a refund, I wasn't given one. After being told "we'll call you back," I wasn't. Overall all pretty disappointed.
