Finger Lakes Performance

Finger Lakes Performance has been great to work with. I came in skeptical but hopeful that I could get help with arthritis inflammation and pain and get my overall health and wellness to a new level. Honestly I couldn’t be happier. I sleep better, I feel stronger and more energized, and my arthritis has significantly improved over the last few months. I look forward to seeing how much more I can improve as we move forward with treatment. Alvir has been so responsive every step of this journey. She reaches out to make sure I’m doing well and to make adjustments as needed. She cares about her patients and it makes all the difference.

After over two years of testing, bloodwork, meetings with different doctors that would not listen to my concerns I was introduced to Fingerlakes Performance through a good friend. After that first meeting with Alvir at her office I knew I had landed at the right place to help me feel the way I knew I was supposed to all along. I started with Alvir in August of 2025. I was feeling sluggish, slow and my libido was non existent. After three months of treatment I feel energized, focused and ready. I feel like my workouts have gotten increasingly more energized and effective. I can't wait to see more results in the upcoming months.
