I’ve had an outstanding experience with Maximum Sustained Performance. I've been using this company for the past 4 years and i am very happy with the results. I travel frequently overseas for extended stays, which can make consistent treatment challenging. One of the workers, Jerry Iqbal, has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure continuity of care and prevent any interruption in my therapy. He’s been consistently in touch throughout the process — confirming delivery details, helping navigate pharmacy logistics, and sending tracking updates to ensure everything arrived smoothly. He made sure I understood timelines, storage requirements, and even followed up to confirm I received my medication. This level of care and attention is something I haven’t experienced with other providers. I paid for 3 years of treatment and they cut it short almost 6 months early when they found out I wasn’t going to renew. Liars and crooks. I will be going to the BBB next since you refuse to refund the difference or give me that last refill that has already been paid for.

I just finished my first year and more than happy. Their customer service is always extremely pleasant and i'm looking forward to another year.
