Amazing place and staff. Lauren is always a pleasure at the front desk or working on vitals- always ready to engage in conversation. Candice demonstrates such a caring nature in remember previous conversations that took place and following up on events. Both of these ladies make you very comfortable when in the office. Tom always looks closely at the files to be sure everything is in order and listens to any difficulties I have had over the week and makes adjustments as needed. This location is amazing!!! If you are looking for some male balance in your life- this place should be on the top of your list.

I highly recommend the Farmingdale location! Candice, Amanda, Lauren, and Tom go above and beyond every time. They are very friendly and personable while being professional at the same time. It is one of the only Dr. offices where you are treated more like a friend than just a patient. They are very knowledgeable and are always making sure to answer any questions you may have.
