First want to say that it’s such a relief working with a medical facility that actually returns calls and can quickly schedule appointments. I’ve already referred friends and family and you won’t be disappointed with the customer service. Meeting with the doctor and going over the blood work is quick and painless and my doctor had no problem answering questions and giving me his professional opinion. I’ve been using their product for 5 weeks and it feels like I’ve got my body back! My sleep has gone from 45-65% efficient to 70-95%. I’m no longer taking caffeine and I have plenty of energy to work, play and have fun with my kids and wife.

The team at TRT has been wonderful—knowledgeable, respectful, and understanding. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better group to work with. My only challenge has been retrieving my mammogram images that were completed prior to enrolling at TRT Maryland. I had my mammogram done at Community Radiology Associates in Olney, Maryland, which was a smooth experience. However, obtaining the medical records and images, such as mammograms, from that location has been somewhat difficult. The staff at TRT Maryland have been in close communication with me, providing almost daily updates, which I greatly appreciate. I only wish there were a patient portal where I could log in and download the files myself—this would save me from having to rely so heavily on TRT Maryland for assistance.
