I’ve been using US men’s medical center for over 3 years now. It starts with the amazing receptionist at the front desk that will handle any upfront questions about insurance and out of pocket costs that you may have. Next, the nurses there are all kind, compassionate, understanding and knowledgeable with every concern that you may have. Dr. Derick has a wonderful bedside manner and is very professional and monitors each individual patient closely with the help of his wonderful staff. I highly recommend them to anyone that thinks that they may be experiencing signs of low testosterone. Your activity level, your sleep, and your confidence are all just a phone call away.

Everyone there is great. With my 1st visit to current they are always seeing how things are going. Asking if things need to change and listening to any of my concerns. They have routine blood work done to keep numbers up to date and make adjustments as needed. Definitely recommend, if you are having testosterone issues.

Staff is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and does everything they can to accommodate your schedule. The building is extremely clean and used syringes/bio material is properly disposed of. Could not be happier.

What sets them apart is their staff. Great, friendly staff that is attentive and listens. Always greets you with a smile when you arrive.
