I called to get an appointment or surgery consultation and it was painful. The front office lady is not competent or even informative. When calling a medical office, the office staff needs to have basic knowledge of the services and a general knowledge of health. The conversation was difficult to bring up, and after talking to her I was even more nervous. I ended up calling ProVas, speaking with a more competent staffing team. My pre evaluation went well and I am scheduled with ProVas next month. My advice is to call another clinic.
