They did not appear to be promoting a product but rather guiding me towards a personalized plan that would be effective for me. Several members of the staff have also experienced weight struggles and are eager to share their own success stories. Having been overweight for an extended period and having attempted various approaches, I am now hopeful that I can achieve my weight loss goals.
