My energy, focus, workout recovery, and sleep have all improved big time. I’m more present in my day-to-day life, and I know I’m a better Dad and Husband because of it - and that’s what matters most to me!
U guys do not care. U over charge. Also after quitting u guys. U still charge me monthly. Its going on 2 months now. I called you guys said u would take care of it but obviously did not. I disputed the charge and called and left a message. U r a money hungry company. I will be proceeding with my attorney.
It is extremely difficult to ever get a call back about anything at all, whether it be test results, billing issues, etc. Their reasoning for the lack of communication throughout my entire membership was that they “just upgraded to a new system”. I gave them the benefit of a doubt for a long time because the staff is friendly, but it never got any better. I cancelled my membership with them for other reasons and they continued to charge my card a few weeks later anyway. After several calls for my refund, it is “lost” in their system somewhere. Now if I call, they just hang up. Overall, they are just very disorganized. Please do yourself a favor and look into other options for this service.
0/5 do not recommend. Initial consult sold me a great story. First follow-up however, they didn’t know what treatment they had started me on or even when I started. I wish I was exaggerating. I literally answered “oh you’ve already started your treatment? Hmmm, was that last month?” No it was in April “and what meds were they? Was it just the dailies?” …And it’s been a year and a half of that kind of service. Billed incorrectly, meds not being ordered correctly, no client follow up to discuss blood work. The only positive experience I’ve had has been the consult. Very poor afterward.
Fraudulently charged my credit card without my permission. I have never been in this business. Called and asked for a manager and was hung up on. Company says they knew about these fraudulent charges for days and didn't reach out to anybody to let them know.
