I had such a great experience at Optimal Wellness and felt compelled to leave a review. As someone in my late 30s, I’ve noticed weight loss has become much harder over the past few years. I had success with a weight loss clinic a couple of years ago, but when they closed, I was searching for a new provider that offered medical support without a one-size-fits-all approach. I found Optimal Wellness through a pharmacy recommendation, and scheduling was easy, including weekend availability. From the moment I walked in, the facility exceeded my expectations. It’s beautiful, modern, clean, and very professional. I met with Chantelle, the nurse practitioner, and she was fantastic. She took her time, truly listened, and didn’t rush my appointment. In the past, my experience elsewhere was a quick visit where I was handed a generic weight loss sheet and sent on my way. At Optimal Wellness, the experience was completely different. She walked me through a personalized plan with clear calorie targets for maintenance and different weight-loss goals, along with access to a patient portal full of recipes, resources, and education so I actually feel supported instead of left to figure things out on my own. I also appreciated that they understand weight loss isn’t one size fits all and were open to strategies I’ve had success with before, like intermittent fasting. Communication through the portal is easy and professional, just like a traditional doctor’s office. I also received a B12 shot during my visit and already feel an increase in energy. What really sets Optimal Wellness apart is that they offer much more than weight loss, including support for women approaching perimenopause and menopause. I feel like I received far more value than expected and would absolutely recommend Chantelle and Optimal Wellness to anyone looking for personalized, professional care.

Just had my first visit today . Chantelle was super kind , personable , and I felt like I had an actual appointment vs someone just trying to have me in and out taking my money . She was very informative and the establishment was very nice and clean . She set me up with a plan for my weight loss journey , gave me a lot of advice , and access to a portal with lots of info and direct contact incase I have questions or concerns . I used to go to auburn weight loss clinic which was a in and out experience just to give me my script and sent me on my way , dingy and dark . If you’re looking for a professional to help with your weight loss along with wellness this is the place to go !
