Pretty disgusted with this place right now. It has been my experience that appointments and schedules mean nothing to staff. First intake visit went pretty much as expected but levels were not low enough to qualify due to previous treatments. Scheduled a second appointment. Second appointment was booked by staff as a 15 minute appointment. It took nearly an hour and a half to complete. The third appointment was the final straw when I was half an hour deep into a scheduled 45 minute appointment and hadn’t been seen yet. When I asked if it could be completed in the next 15 minutes as I had to get my daughter to her basketball game, I was informed that I should have known it would be an hour and a half appointment. I would advise to find another place if you value your time.

I was scheduled for a new patient appointment at 9:30am i arrived 25 minutes early to make sure everything was completed. Checked in completed at 9:10. After seeing 15 other people seen before me and it being 1 hour past my scheduled time I then proceeded to cancel at the front. The receptionists then states she is sorry and that early check ins take precedence even though I had checked in nearly 25 minutes before my scheduled appointment.

Good clinic - nice staff - been going here about 18 months. But writing this review today to call out a specific Med Asst - Yazmin. She has been my MA on many occasions over my tenure at the clinic, and she as been unwaveringly pleasant in demeanor and professional efficiency. The quality and performance of your staff is really what makes or breaks your patient experience - in Yazmin you have a strong team member and brand ambassador. Thank you!

Visited for HRT consult. Decided on a course of treatment and paid money for a prescription to be filled at their special pharmacy. Two weeks later and nothing was received. Contacted the clinic and was told medicine was on back order and they had no idea when it would be filled. It would have been nice if they’d notified me of that instead of charging me for something they couldn’t deliver. Won’t be back.
