I have been going to Mantality to 11 years, and have given them over $12k in payments. My primary care Dr. took my blood pressure and it was dangerously high.175/125. He asked if Mantality ever took my BP, which they have not in over 3 years. He recommended I stop injections until I got BP lower. I called and talked to Tracy, she said no problem, we will stop taking $97.50 twice a month. I called the following week, got Tracy again. Wanted to verify payments were stopped. She put me on hold to get with accounting. She then said I'm all set. 3 days later $97.50 was pulled out of my account. They charge $45/month for Tadalifil and withdraw it on the 15th of every month. this month it was taken out on the 8th. No explanation as to why. I have to cancel my bank card to stop giving them another dime.

I absolutely love everyone that works here! Not only are they extremely personable, they are also very helpful and knowledgeable. From day 1 they really do care about helping everyone that comes in. From extensive labs and checking up to just general questions on how you’re feeling. 100% recommend to anyone who may need hormone therapy. I actually enjoy coming to appointments and never spend more than a few minutes waiting to be seen. I highly recommend them.

The thing that really bothers me about this business is the blatant false advertisement on the radio add. The treatment is never covered by insurance and the entire staff will tell you that. None of the pretty ladies will make any effort to get your treatment covered. I have high end insurance that's just scanned when I come in but not used. This business is about numbers, not making people's lives better. The price is reasonable and the staff is friendly, but I cannot stress enough that you will pay everything out of pocket!
