Quantum Health and Wellness Center

I have only wrote 2 reviews that I had felt necessary. This is my second. This place and Dr. Harper does not care about you or, how much you spent on lab work to get treated. Nor will they return phone messages if you decide to ask questions. I went to Dr. Harper to see about treatment. During the free consultation, I clearly stated that I needed a few month (3) supply because I work overseas. Dr. Harper stated, "I can do that, they come in little vials so it will be no problem". I then made sure because the costs of labs range from 500-1000.00 cash. Dr. Harper again said no problem. After I went and completed my labs , and waited a week for them to come in, I get a call from the nurse. The nurse stated, "Dr. Harper changed his mind, he does not want to give longer than a month supply at a time." I was pretty upset at this, seeing I just spent $1000.00! I said I want to cancel my $520.00 cash follow up appointment if he wont give me what he promised. Promised before the labs and time I spent doing what I needed on my end. It wouldn't make sense, I am gone 3 months. This is called a bait and switch. He knew the entire time and wanted to supply me with their own supply of medicine from their sponsors. I called back later that day and left a message asking to speak with Dr. Harper about this situation. Did not hear back. I called a second time the next day and left a message. Nothing! Two days later I tried again. Nothing! They ignore your messages and see your number on caller ID. They ignore you even when it is clearly that you need to be treated as the labs showed. Way to go Dr. Harper! Way to ignore a patient with health needs and to ignore a response of clarification why you told someone they were good to spend money on labs, to just decide you changed your mind. I would go somewhere else if I were you. Many other places in town that would take better consideration and care. When 90% of other reviews only have a star rating and not a response or reasoning, I would be careful.

Dr Hall really cares about my overall health and spends time going over any concerns. They offer a lot of services also to help with well being. I have recommended Quantum Health to many friends and coworkers.

Clean and welcoming atmosphere. My float session helped me find a place of love, purity and clarity. The experience was mind and spiritual cleansing plus physically refreshing.

They are awesome! They're speedy and so kind and helpful. I've never before enjoyed going to a Dr. so much.
