Matrix Reformed

I wanted to share that the doctor I worked with and a woman named Charmaine in patient/customer care were exemplary. I had worked with another company that really seemed dedicated to just selling me on their product no matter what -- and they were aggressive about billing. Matrix took me through the process of evaluating whether the therapy they were offering would be suitable for me. For now, after looking at my medical evaluation, I have to undertake some further screening with my regular doctor before proceeding with Matrix. Charmaine was responsive and she expeditiously processed a refund. If I get the green light to proceed, I'm definitely going back to Matrix. I am a very satisfied almost customer - Ha. Again, the doctor was great, though I forget his name. I was suspicious when he called (because of the other experience with a different vendor). He could have just blown me off and declared me unapproved, but he took the time to call me and explain that I had some risk and needed to handle it by talking to my general doctor. This company seems to have a strong commitment to patient/customer health, not just making quick sales. I really appreciate that.

The process for signing up and first consultation is excellent. Received the meds in a timely manner. For that they get 2 stars. The bad part is they never follow up or check in, and after a couple months I don’t feel any better off than when I started. I’m over $500 in and I feel like the testosterone is a placebo. Mood has not changed, energy is still low and actually I lost 3 lbs. I get a better result drinking a 12 oz RedBull. They promise to check in and follow up, but I suppose they meant the monthly auto draft. I should have done more research. I’m starting to think the 4.8 rating is bogus. Good luck if you try Matrix.

From start to finish it has been seamless! Everyone I've interacted with has been kind, professional and patient with my questions. I look forward to feeling better, stronger and healthier! I highly recommend Matrix!

Happy with my results but really appreciate the professionalism of Matrix. I'm glad I have a specialist looking over my labs regularly and meeting with me to go through them, answer my questions, and make adjustments if necessary. I highly recommend Matrix Reformed.

I have used them for over a year now. Great communication and follow up. For the monthly fee, they have changed or increased my dosages to dial me in to where I need to be without additional costs. All blood tests are included, even if they are only 4-8 weeks apart as they monitor your progress with any dosage changes.
